We are based in SE19, Upper Norwood. 

Yes, as QuashCakes is registered with Croydon council's Food Safety team, the premises has had a hygiene inspection, for which we received 5 out of 5. We have also completed the Level 2 Food and Hygiene Safety Certificate for Catering. 

At the moment we only deliver up to 24 cupcakes, 4" and 6" cakes personally. Any other cake or larger orders must be collected by our clients. You may also commission a taxi service or ride-share company to collect the cake(s), but please note we are not liable for the cake(s) once it has left the premises. 

4" mini cakes: from £35

6" cakes: from £50

Please note that these prices are subject to change, but we frequently have discounts and promotions, so ensure you are signed up to our mailing list! 

Yes, we make dairy and gluten free, as well as vegan cakes upon request. We make every effort to work in a nut, peanut and soya-free environment unless specified for decorations, but we will alert every client about all allergens present in all ingredients. QuashCakes takes allergies seriously and we have designated protocols in place to avoid cross-contamination. 

If you have paid your 50% non-refundable deposit, your order is then confirmed. This means that should you need to cancel the order for any reason, you will NOT receive your deposit back. 

A late fee is applied in the following circumstances:

If a 4"/6" cake/small cupcake order (36 cupcakes or less) is ordered within a week 

OR 

If a larger cake /tiered cake /large cupcake order (more than 36 cupcakes ) is ordered within 2 weeks of the due date

The late fee is applied according to our discretion, based on the type of order being placed, as well as how soon the cake is needed.
