Hi, I'm Gabby!

I am the founder of QuashCakes. 


Since I was 10, I've always had a passion for baking, building community and bringing people together with my food. During my degree, I started baking and the rest was history. Since then, I have made cakes for weddings, birthdays, celebrities and companies. 


QuashCakes is more than just a company. For me, it's a community. An opportunity to share my love and talent with others, putting a smile on their faces and delicious treats in their tummies. 


I hope you enjoy the QuashCakes experience as much as I enjoyed creating it for you all.
